If every person on the planet could be more in touch with their creativity, we would be happier, more engaged and more fulfilled, and the monumental challenges of our generation and our society would be well on their way to being resolved.
The solution to every great challenge lies with those who are able to look at the problem differently, to see something others haven't and to create an outcome that has never been achieved before. The answer is creativity.
We are universally under-utilised. We have latent potential that we allow to lay dormant. The time is now to tap into that potential and to live our greatest selves, to be the greatest world.
For 17 years, I led Hardhat – the creative and digital agency I co-founded in 2005. With industry-leading knowledge of human heuristics and behavioural economics, we solved creative briefs, built platforms, and changed beliefs for big Aussie and global brands like DocuSign, Visy, Bupa, Vicroads, Vision Australia, Zip, Kogan, Victoria University and Simply Energy.
In 2022, I began coaching and consulting a group of high-growth businesses that wanted to stay at the front of the pack.
ChatGPT launched in November 2022, marking the dawn of a new era. I fully immersed myself in the avalanche of incredible technology that followed and brought it into my coaching practice.
